• If you wish to cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, please contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to cancel without a fee.

Refunds

• If there is a production issue with your order (incorrect product or quantity, or a printing error) please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.  We will offer you a full refund and replace your item with the exact art file and product originally ordered. 
• Order does not qualify for a refund and replacement order if client wants changes to product, or product specs, prior to ordering replacement.  
• If you are not satisfied with your order, but all production standards were met and the item is what was ordered, we will offer a 25% reorder discount towards a replacement order.
